Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and Indian cricketer Virat Kohli have been setting couple goals ever since tying the knot in 2017. Having welcomed their daughter Vamika in 2021, they have become each others’ cheerleaders. Apart from being a part of the other’s success and failure, they are often spotted visiting religious places to seek blessings and pictures and videos from their visit often tend to go viral on social media. 

In a video that is currently going viral on Twitter, Virat and Anushka can be seen visiting a temple. While the cricketer opted for a dhoti and maroon shawl, she looked beautiful in a baby pink saree and multi-colour shawl. Sharing the clip, a netizen wrote, “A video of @virat.kohli and @anushkasharma seeking blessings at the temple has gone viral on social media.” ALSO READ: VIRAL! For the unversed, the visit comes a day after Virat got into a fight with Gautam Gambir during an IPL match between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. It all happened when LSG bowler Naveen-ul-Haq and Virat exchanged a few heated words on the pitch. Soon, Gambhir, who is the mentor for LSG, got involved and things started escalating quickly. In a statement released by the IPL, Gautam and Virat were fined “100 per cent of his match fee for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct during the TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 match.” Whereas, Naveen-ul-Haq has been fined 50 per cent of his match fees.

On the work front, last seen in Zero, co-starring Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma has Chakda Xpress in her pipeline. She will be seen essaying the role of Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami in the upcoming sports film. Set to stream on Netflix, the movie is directed by Prosit Roy.
